Gold and Platinum each include 1 revision round on edited deliverables. Revision notes should be submitted as one consolidated request so the changes can be handled efficiently. Additional revision rounds, major creative changes, or requests outside the original editing scope may require an additional fee.

Your 4-Episode Studio Pass is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period is confirmed in writing. The Fall Studio Pass promotion may only be available for purchase through the promotional deadline, but your purchased credits remain usable within the 60-day pass window.

Yes. Every Xpod Studio Pass includes an on-site producer or technical support professional during your recording session so you can focus on your conversation and content.

Your producer assists with camera setup and framing, microphones and audio monitoring, lighting adjustments, recording operation, basic set preparation, technical monitoring, session flow, and making sure your video and audio are properly captured.

The producer does not act as a personal content strategist, scriptwriter, interviewer, or post-production editor unless those services are specifically included in your package.

Each Studio Pass includes 4 Episode Credits, giving you four professional podcast or video recordings. The credits can be used for podcasts, interviews, educational content, business videos, YouTube content, thought leadership, and other conversational content.

Each episode includes a 90-minute Creator Session, generally structured as:

• 15 minutes — preparation and setup
• Up to 60 minutes — recording
• 15 minutes — wrap-up and session completion

No. Depending on your pass and scheduling availability, you can batch-record multiple episodes together or spread your recordings across separate studio visits. Batch recording is highly recommended if you want to produce several weeks or months of content efficiently.

Yes. The standard Studio Pass setup supports up to 2 microphones, making it ideal for solo recordings, interviews, co-hosted podcasts, and one-on-one conversations.

If you need three or four participants, Xpod Studio may be able to accommodate the production with advance notice. Additional microphones, cameras, seating changes, or a different set configuration may require an add-on fee. Contact the studio before booking so the setup and any additional cost can be confirmed.

The Bronze Studio Recording Pass includes up to 2 cameras. Gold and Platinum sessions can include up to 3 cameras, allowing Xpod Studio to capture multiple professional angles for a more polished edited episode.

Gold — Content Creator Pass: professionally edited long-form episodes plus essential publishing and social assets.

Platinum — Business Creator Pass: premium edited episodes plus a larger content library designed for business owners, experts, and personal brands.

Yes, with the applicable Gold and Platinum packages. Social clips are created from your long-form recordings and are designed for vertical platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

Raw video and individual audio files are delivered by a private cloud download link. Bronze raw files are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after the session.

Files remain available through the delivery link for 14 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files during that window. After the storage period, files may be removed from Xpod Studio storage and re-upload or recovery may not be available.

Yes. Transcripts are included with the Studio Pass offerings and can be used for captions, social posts, blogs, newsletters, quotes, YouTube descriptions, show notes, and other written content.

Bronze raw-content delivery is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Gold and Platinum edited packages have a standard turnaround of 7 business days. Priority or Rush delivery may be available as an upgrade when scheduling permits.

For packages that include editing, branding can be incorporated into the final content depending on the selected package and the assets you provide. This may include logo placement, intro/outro graphics, lower thirds, name and title graphics, branded thumbnails, captions, episode graphics, and supporting YouTube assets.

Please provide logos, brand colors, names, titles, and other required assets before post-production begins.

Absolutely. The Studio Pass is not limited to traditional podcasts. Yes. You do not need previous studio experience. The Xpod Studio producer will guide you through microphones, cameras, lighting, and the basic recording workflow, so you are not expected to operate the equipment yourself.

Unless specifically listed in your selected package, advanced motion graphics, additional revision rounds, custom scripting, content strategy, additional cameras, additional microphones, livestream production, makeup, photography, highly customized editing, and other special production requirements may require an additional fee.
