Promotion: From time to time, we may offer promotional prices or discounts on our services. These offers are subject to change and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Booking Fee: Recording fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation. The studio reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any overtime or damage to the equipment.

Recording: Each one hour booking consist of 40 minutes recording, 10-minutes setup and a 10-minute teardown. The client must arrive on time to ensure that the recording session starts and ends on schedule. Any additional time required beyond the agreed-upon length of the recording session will be subject to additional fees.

Editing: Editing includes noise reduction, equalization, compression, video transitions, intro/outro and subtitles. Any additional editing services request beyond the initial agreement will be subject to additional fees.

Late Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their booking. Late arrivals may result in a shorter recording time without any discount or refund. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their recording session does not exceed the agreed-upon time limit.

Agreement: By booking a recording session, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
